Dairy (including cheese and fresh/cottage cheese), provide multiple health benefits due to their vitamin content (A, D and B), minerals (calcium, potassium and magnesium) and its high-quality proteins.

7 TIPS FOR BETTER LIVING:

1. ENJOY FOOD!
2. BASE YOUR MEALS ON THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET
3. EAT A VARIETY OF FOODS AND ALWAYS IN MODERATION. Have 3 to 5 meals per day
4. STAY HYDRATED. Drink at least 2 liters (8 glasses) of water per day
5. STAY ACTIVE. Exercise for a minimum of ½ hour per day
