This gives it different texture, flavour and form. This cheese is peculiarly of short duration; therefore, all process stages must be carried out in extreme surface and environmental hygiene and almost immediate cooling so the end consumer enjoys the true taste of fresh cheese. And what sets us apart from all other cheese in the market is that due to our extreme hygiene control, Montesinos fresh cheese does not require preservatives.
