Since 2004, our facilities and processes have been subjected to a thorough annual audit for quality and food safety, to renew and guarantee the stated objectives of the BRC Standard, where we have obtained certification with the highest category (Category AA).

We are part of the international standard ISO 140001 since 2008 and we comply with the requirements established by environmental laws and regulations; likewise, for our workers, we maintain a safety and health plan at work, and support and instruction both for the defense of equal rights and for the defense of the environment.
