Cheese made with pasteurized goat’s milk and coated with sweet paprika. Winner in national and international competitions.

RECOMMENDATION

For a smooth and precise cut, use a fine wire lyre.


INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized goat’s milk, sweet paprika (1.1%), salt, firming agent (calcium chloride), rennet, cheese cultures and preservative (E-202).
