Cheese made with pasteurized goat’s milk, covered with honey and almonds.

RECOMMENDATION

To have a smooth and precise cut, use a fine wire lyre.


INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized goat’s milk, firming agent (calcium chloride), rennet, cheese cultures and preservative (E-202). Almond (12%) and honey (7.5%).
