Cured cheese made with pasteurized goat’s milk. It is a cheese with a firm and clean texture, white color characteristic of our goat’s milk with an elegant flavor, which provides it with healing; in turn creamy and slightly melting in the mouth. Impossible not to repeat, there is never a wedge left on the plate.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, rennet, cheese cultures and preservative: lysozyme (derived from egg).
