Made with raw sheep’s milk, it is a cheese with an intense aroma and a deep and persistent flavor.
INGREDIENTS: Raw milk of sheep, salt, rennet, cheese cultures and preservative lysozyme (derived from egg). In bark: conservative (E-235) and dye (E-172).
