Made with pasteurized sheep’s milk, aged and cured with rosemary leaves. Of intense aroma to rosemary, deep and persistent flavor.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments and preservative (lysozyme, derived from egg). In bark: butter, rosemary (1%) and preservative (E-235).
