A cheese with European Union Protected Designation of Origin status (P.D.O.). It is made with pasteurized goat’s milk from the Murciano-Granadina breed of goat and is bathed in red wine from Jumilla. It has a creamy and elastic texture, with a slightly salty and acidic taste, accompanied by the mild aromatic aroma of red wine.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized pasteurized goat’s milk from Murcia, salt, firming agent (chloride, calcium), rennet and cheese cultures. Rind: teatre with red wine.
