Semi-cured cheese made with pasteurized goat’s milk. It is a cheese with a firm and clean texture, white, characteristic of goat’s milk.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, firming agent (calcium chloride), rennet, cheese cultures and preservative lysozyme (derived from egg). In bark: conservative (E-281 and E-235) and dye (E-172).
