Protected Designation of Origin Cheese, made with pasteurized goat’s milk from Murcia-Granada. Its crust is smooth, with a fine cut texture, a mild aroma and a delicate flavor. A unique cheese, with a lot of tradition and character.


INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized goat’s milk of the Murcian race, salt, firming agent (calcium chloride), rennet, cheese cultures and preservative lysozyme (derived from egg).
