Made with pasteurized goat’s milk and a small touch of cow’s milk that softens its flavor and makes it peculiar. Contains Bifidus Probiotics (bifidobacteria), which develop a series of beneficial properties for health, such as the regeneration of the intestinal flora.


INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized goat’s milk (75% min.) And cow’s milk (10% min.), Salt, firming agent (calcium chloride), rennet, cheese cultures, bifidobacterium and preservative (lysozyme, derivate from egg). In bark: conservative (E-281, E-235) and dye (E-172).
