Cheese with an original format, very characteristic of the Spanish Levante area, made with cow’s milk, goat’s milk and sheep’s milk. Its spongy texture and with eyes, soft flavor and fine aroma.


INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized cow’s milk (75% min.), goat’s milk (10% min.) And sheep’s milk (3% min.); salt, firming agent (calcium chloride), rennet, lysozyme (derived from egg). In bark: conservative (E-281, E-235).
