Acid paste cheese
Cheese made with pasteurized goat’s milk. It has a slightly acid taste and lemon aroma, coated with selected and edible white mold that grows during the refining process.
RECOMMENDATION
To have a smooth and precise cut, use a fine wire lyre.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, firming agent (calcium chloride), rennet and cheese cultures.
