Acid paste cheese
Cheese made with pasteurized cow and goat’s milk. It has a slightly acid taste and lemon aroma, coated with selected and edible white mold that grows during the refining process.
RECOMMENDATION
To have a smooth cut, use a thin wire lyre.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized cow’s milk (55% min), pasteurized goat’s milk (40% min), salt, firming agent (calcium chloride), rennet and cheese cultures.
