A light, gentle dessert
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
It is very easy to prepare.
− Thoroughly mix the Crema de Caña with the condensed milk and yoghurt in a bowl.
− Whip the cream while very cold with the help of an electric whisk and add the icing sugar. Fold the cream into the Crema de Caña slowly using a figure of eight motion until fully mixed in.
− Arrange the raspberries and cream in 4 glasses and decorate with some raspberries and a fresh mint leaf.
