Delicious and easy to make dessert
INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
Heat the milk until it is lukewarm. Stir the fresh goat cheese together with the sugar, orange blossom water and lukewarm milk.
Place the sheets of gelatine in a little cold water so they hydrate, and once they are hydrated dissolve them by heating up the water a little. Once dissolved, pour into the previous mixture.
Add the juice of half a lemon to the mixture and whisk until fully blended.
Pour the mixture into moulds coated with a little oil. Leave to cool for at least two hours before removing from their moulds.
