Acid paste cheese
Cheese made with pasteurized goat milk. Awarded for four consecutive years with the First Prize of the International Salon of the Club Gourmets of Madrid, three Cincho Awards and best cheese of Spain according to the Ministry of Agriculture in 2011. It has a slightly acid taste and aroma of lemon, covered with selected white mold and edible that grows during the refining process.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized goat milk, salt, firming agent (calcium chloride), rennet and cheese cultures.
